LEUT accepts all major credit cards through Stripe's secure payment system. LEUT does not have access to your payment details, and your confidential information is automatically encrypted by Stripe using Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We ship from our London base using DPD or a similar service that is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been sent.

INTERNATIONAL
We are currently only shipping to the USA, Canada, and Australia.

If the package is returned to LEUT after three failed delivery attempts, you will be liable for any costs incurred.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS CHARGESAs the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country that may be incurred and applied to the package at customs; payment is necessary to release your order.
Please note that LEUT cannot cover these charges or advise the costs, as they vary from country to country.

RETURNS
Refunds are only offered if your item is faulty or you received the incorrect item. LEUT does not offer exchanges.
Everything is produced here in London, UK, from the design to fabric sourcing to printing and creating the final piece.
LEUT works with small teams and suppliers, which enables us to keep close to the quality of your piece at every stage of the process - even so, things can still happen.
To receive a refund, the item(s) must be in
its original condition, not worn, washed or altered in any way.

- You must return the item within 14 days of the date that you received your delivery.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty - we recommend including tracking and insurance as any item(s) lost in transit are your responsibility. LEUT cannot issue refunds on items that do not arrive or have arrived damaged.
- Once your item has been received and is in the required condition, we will process your refund via the method you paid. LEUT can deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the requirements.

As the collection is limited and made-to-order, LEUT does not offer exchanges.
